1. Introduction
Welcome to Your Magical Plus One! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2. Service Overview
Your Magical Plus One provides personal assistance and guidance services at Disneyland. We are not a nanny service, babysitting service, or childcare provider. Our role is to assist guests in making their visit smoother and more enjoyable by helping with planning, park navigation, and general assistance.
3. Booking & Payment
- Services are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Rates and services are outlined on our Rates page, and are subject to change. Please refer to that page for the most up-to-date information.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date. If a cancellation is made 7 or more days before the scheduled service, 75% of the payment will be refunded. Cancellations made between 48 hours and 6 days before the service will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the service will receive a 25% refund. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for their children at all times. We are not a nanny service.
- Clients must remain within Disneyland Parks, this includes Disneyland Resort and Disney California Adventure Park property during the service.
- Clients are responsible for all park admission fees, including their own.
- We do not provide park tickets, Lightning Lane purchases, or food & beverage costs.
5. Limitations of Service.
- Your Magical Plus One does not provide childcare services. A parent or guardian must be present at all times.
- We do not assist with medical needs, personal hygiene, or anything requiring professional licensing.
- We do not wait with children while the rest of the party goes on a ride.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- Character meet and greets are not guaranteed and are subject to availability, park schedules, and operational changes by Disneyland Resort.
6. Liability & Assumption of Risk
- Your Magical Plus One is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances that may occur during your visit. Clients acknowledge that visiting Disneyland Parks involves inherent risks, including but not limited to large crowds, long wait times, and unpredictable weather conditions.
- By using our services, you agree to release Your Magical Plus One from any claims related to injury, loss, or damages during your Disneyland Parks visit.
7. Code of Conduct
We maintain a respectful and safe environment. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or refusal to follow Disneyland Resort policies may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
8. Changes to Terms
Your Magical Plus One reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
